We’re sure you’ll love it

But, if you need to return an item for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer returns within 30 days of fulfillment. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Policies for returns and refunds:

  • We only accept returns for orders placed on wildcubz.com. Orders placed on amazon.com must be returned to Amazon directly using their return policies.

  • Final sale or Clearance marked items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as Store Credit. 

  • Returned items must include original tags, original product packaging, any included accessories, and must have no visible signs of wear or use. We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements, and we are not responsible for any lost returns. 

  • All issued refunds will be for the items purchase price + any applicable tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • We do not accept returns from any unauthorized retailer or marketplace.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of fulfillment (date shipped).

For standard wildcubz.com orders, please complete the following steps:

  • Start your return. Follow the steps to complete the request. 

  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive online and by email. Pack the item in its original packaging, and apply the return label. Remove or cover any existing labels.

  • Send return item back to us via the courier on provided label. If approved, we will issue store credit or refund original payment method (depending on option you selected) when we receive and process the return. Read our full refund policy.

For Buy with Prime wildcubz.com orders, please complete the following steps:

  • Open the order confirmation email and choose View Order, then choose Order Details, then choose Return. (Note: The Return button appears only after the order is delivered.)

  • Follow the steps to complete the request.

  • When the return has been created, a return confirmation email is sent. From the return confirmation email, choose Print Return Label, and then attach the printed label to the package.
  • Drop the return off at the location listed on the return label.

How long does it take to receive store credit or refund?
Store credit or refund will be applied once we have received and processed your return. This can take up to 30 days, depending on courier speeds and time of year. 
Is it true that I get a bonus if returning for store credit?
Yes! If you choose Store Credit when setting up a return, you can get a boost on your refund amount.
Are there any return fees?
There are no re-stocking fees for items returned to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a prepaid label will be provided when confirming your request online.
How do you handle damaged or lost returns?
We will inspect items once received and processed. If a return appears to be damaged during return transit, we will find a satisfactory solution. We are not responsible for any lost returns. In the case of a lost return, please open a case with the courier responsible for shipping.
